Minneapolis Police Chief Speaks About Shooting Of Australian Woman

An Australian woman killed by a Minnesota cop didn't have to die.  That's according to Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau, who says the actions that led to Justine Damond's death were the fault of only one person.

She vowed to make sure due process is followed and justice is served.  Officer Mohamed Noor pulled the trigger and shot Damond from inside a patrol vehicle over the weekend after she called cops to report a possible assault.  The shooting is still under investigation.
